【Overview】
At our jewelry brand, which primarily operates online, we've seen an increasing demand from customers who wish to "see the products in person," leading us to host try-on sessions and consultation meetings.Try-on sessions are by appointment only, allowing us to engage deeply with each customer and convey the essence of our jewelry and brand. We aim to provide a luxurious experience and are excited to co-create a service that delights our customers.
We serve customers one party at a time, providing seated consultations.
【Job Responsibilities】
(1) Preparation for setup on the day and guiding customers
(2) Explanation of jewelry products and the brand
(3) Understanding customer needs and making appropriate proposals.
【Work Location】
① Customer service space in Minami Aoyama (Tokyo) ② Customer service space in Nagahoribashi (Osaka)
【Working Hours】
You will work at the times when reservations are made.
The most common hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00.
【Example of a typical day】
1 appointment
・10:00 Arrival → Setup and welcoming customers
・11:30 End of consultation → Cleanup and departure
2 appointments
・10:00 Arrival → Setup and welcoming customers
・11:30 Consultation 1 → 12:45 Consultation 2 → Cleanup and departure
