- Ring Size Kit -

Typical sizes are JP 8–10 for women and 13–18 for men. If you’re unsure, we recommend rechecking your size—we offer an easy at-home ring sizing kit. Enjoy a ring that fits your finger perfectly.

- Returns & Exchanges Policy -

At BRIGHT&BREEZY, returns are accepted for unused items except under the conditions below.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items more than 31 days after arrival
• Bridal items (engagement rings, wedding bands) and all rings (made-to-order)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been resized or engraved
• Used or cleaned items
• Damaged or soiled items
• Items missing warranty cards, cases, or accessories
• Items returned without prior notice
• Items processed or repaired by other companies

• Items returned after the deadline we specify

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Service via “Contact.” The request must be made by the original purchaser.


[ How to Return ]

STEP 1
Within 30 days of delivery, contact Customer Service via “Contact.”

STEP 2
Ship the item within 7 days after contacting us using the specified shipping method.
If the return is due to our fault (initial defect, wrong shipment), please ship collect on delivery.
For returns due to customer reasons (size change, different from image), please prepay the shipping fee.

STEP 3
After the item arrives and is confirmed, we will finalize the refund within 7 business days.

- Resize & Repair -

At BRIGHT&BREEZY, we offer repair and resizing services so that you can enjoy your jewelry for many years.
We provide one free resize within one year of purchase; fees apply after the second year.

Please contact Customer Service via 'Contact' with the required details. After checking the product condition, we will guide you through the procedure.

[ Repair Duration & Cost ]
Repairs usually take 4–6 weeks. (Additional time may be required during holidays such as Obon or New Year.) After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the delivery time and repair cost.

Some items or conditions may not be eligible for repair.
Repairs or modifications done by other companies are not covered.
Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for free repair.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

[ Delivery ]
Delivery takes 4–6 weeks. No shipments on weekends or holidays. Early delivery may be possible if stock is available.

[ Usage & Care ]

○ Usage Precautions
All metals and gemstones are subject to aging or damage from the environment. Avoid impact and extreme temperatures.

○ Cleaning & Storage
Wipe with a soft cloth when dirt adheres. If stains remain, try the following steps.

Cleaning Steps
① Mix a small amount of neutral detergent with lukewarm water.
② Gently brush off the dirt with a soft toothbrush. For stubborn stains, soak the item in the solution from step ① for a day before brushing.
③ Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
④ Wipe off the moisture carefully with a soft cloth.
